Emulsifier for silicone oil SOP-107 1. Brief Product Introduction: Emulsifier SOP-107, easily soluble in water, with excellent performance of emulsification and dispersion, is applicable to producing various O/W methyl silicone oil, amino silicone oil emulsion. And it is with the good features of easily operating, strong emulsifying and good dispersion stability. The product is a kind of amino silicone oil emulsifier whose various properties are all very good at present market. 2. Performance Index:

3. Characteristics: 1. It can enhance the adhesion and penetration between amino silicone oil and the fabric. 2. The product can improve the flexibility of fabric and recover the deficiency of softness and smoothness of some amino silicone oil. 3. With strong emulsifying ability, it can emulsify different amino silicone oil with different amino value and methyl silicone oil in a wild range of HLB. 4. With less requirement to the equipment when producing, there is no need of high shear machine, it is ok to use the general machine for stirring. 5. With good compatibility, the product can work with anion, cation, non-ionic additives. 4. Emulsification method: 1. Adding emulsifier and amino silicone oil to the emulsion tank as the required solid content (oil: emulsifier=2:1), stirring and mixing evenly. And then adding the glacial acetic acid, adjust PH as 5-7. When churning, please dilute it with water little by little. After adding all of the water, please continue stirring 30-60 minutes, until the formation of uniform emulsion. Then sampling, checking the appearance of homogeneous thick emulsion, filtered and packaged. 2. Adding emulsifier and methyl silicone oil to the emulsion tank as the required solid content (oil: emulsifier=2-10:1), stirring and mixing evenly. When churning, please dilute it with water little by little. After adding all of the water, please continue stirring 30-60 minutes, until the formation of uniform emulsion. Then sampling, checking the appearance of homogeneous thick emulsion, filtered and packaged.
